The BookingPress integration tracks appointments from the BookingPress booking plugin. When someone books an appointment on your WordPress site, Conversion Bridge sends that booking to your analytics and ad platforms automatically.
Setup Instructions
Step 1: Enable the Integration
- In your WordPress admin, go to Settings → Conversion Bridge → Integrations
- Find BookingPress in the list of integrations
- Check the box to enable it
Step 2: Choose What to Track
BookingPress has one event, so check its box to turn it on and set a custom label if you want one:
- Track completed bookings: fires when a visitor finishes booking an appointment. Default label: "Appointment Booked"
For more on labels and values, see What are the Conversion Label and Conversion Value fields?
Step 3: Save Settings
Click Save Changes to start tracking your conversions.
How It Works
The booking event fires once BookingPress has saved the appointment. Where it fires depends on the form's Booking Redirection setting in BookingPress:
- Redirect to a page (the default): the booking is tracked on the thank-you page the visitor is sent to, or on your home page if no thank-you page is set.
- In-Built (BookingPress Pro): the booking is tracked the moment the thank-you message shows inside the form.
A few more things to know:
- Each booking is tracked only once.
- Appointments you add yourself in the WordPress admin are not tracked. Only bookings made by visitors count.
- Conversion Bridge works with the current BookingPress booking form. That's the form used by BookingPress on its own, and by BookingPress Pro 6.0 or newer. The older form from BookingPress Pro before 6.0 is not tracked, so update Pro if you're on an older version.
- If a payment is confirmed later by the payment provider instead of while the visitor is on your site, that booking can't be tracked.
Tracked Data
Every event includes a conversion label and conversion value. See What are the Conversion Label and Conversion Value fields? for details.

Paid vs. Free Bookings
Conversion Bridge handles paid and free bookings differently, so each one shows up as the right kind of event on your platforms.
- Free bookings are sent as a lead. This fits consultations, discovery calls, and other appointments where nothing is charged.
- Paid bookings include the amount, currency and service, so your platforms record them as a purchase with revenue.
If the visitor pays a deposit, or pays later in person, the booking still counts its full total at the time it's booked.
Enhanced Conversions
When enhanced conversions is turned on, Conversion Bridge includes the customer's email, name, and phone number with booking events. This personal data is hashed and sent to platforms that support it, such as Google Ads and Meta Ads, so they can match the booking to a real person who saw or clicked your ad.
Conversion Journeys
Every booking is linked to the visitor's conversion journey, the page-by-page path they took before booking. This shows you which pages, posts and campaigns lead to the most appointments.
