These terms explain how the Agency Partner Program works and what you agree to when joining. By signing up, you accept these terms.

Purpose of the Program

This program is for agency owners who want to use Conversion Bridge on their own website for free, and offer discounts or referrals to their clients.

Eligibility
• You must own or operate a web design, marketing, or development agency.
• You must provide accurate information during sign-up.
• We may approve or deny any application at our discretion.

Your Benefits

As an approved partner, you may receive:
• A free Conversion Bridge license for your own agency website.
• The option to give your clients a discount code or become an affiliate (you can only choose one).
• The option to upgrade to a discounted multisite license plan for your agency’s managed sites.

These benefits are only for active partners and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

Using Your Free License

Your free license:
• May only be used on your primary agency website.
• Cannot be used on client sites unless you buy a plan, use your discount, or refer them as an affiliate.
• Must follow all regular Conversion Bridge license rules.

If the agency relationship ends or you leave the program, the free license will be removed.

Discount Codes

If you choose the “discount code” option:
• You will receive a unique code for your clients.
• You may share the code with your clients, but you may not publish it publicly on coupon sites or marketplaces.
• Codes may have limits or expiration dates.

If you select discount codes, you cannot also be an affiliate.

Affiliate Option

If you choose the affiliate option:
• You must agree to the affiliate program terms (provided separately).
• You may earn a commission when your clients buy a plan.
• Commissions are only paid on eligible purchases.

If you select the affiliate option, you cannot also use discount codes.

Multisite License Discount

As a partner, you may choose to purchase a discounted multisite license that covers all agency-managed sites.
This discount applies only to you. It cannot be shared, transferred, or resold.

Program Rules

You agree to:
• Use Conversion Bridge in a lawful way.
• Avoid misleading or dishonest promotion practices.
• Not claim to be employed by, partnered with, or endorsed by Conversion Bridge beyond this program.
• Not create confusion about pricing or features.

We may update program rules at any time.

Ending the Program

We may suspend or remove your partner status if:
• You misuse your free license.
• You violate these terms.
• You use deceptive marketing or abuse discount/affiliate options.
• You stop running an agency or request removal.

You may leave the program at any time by contacting us.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when needed. When we do, we will post the updated version. Continued use of the program means you agree to the changes.
