ProfilePress

The ProfilePress conversion tracking integration will send membership signup and new user registration events to your enabled analytics or ad platforms.

Enabling ProfilePress Conversion Tracking

Enabling ProfilePress conversion tracking is incredibly simple!

  • In your WordPress admin, go to Settings > Conversion Bridge
  • Click on the Integrations tab
  • Click the toggle next to ProfilePress
  • Check the "Track purchases" option
  • (Optionally) Enter a custom label

User Information

The integration will include data to analytics platforms which support custom properties regarding your users. It will pass the following:

  • is_member: yes/no
  • membership: Name of the membership for the current logged in user
  • membership_id: The unique ID of the membership

Enhanced Conversions

The integration for membership signups will include data to ad platforms which support Enhanced Conversions. Information included is:

  • Email
  • First Name
  • Last Name

Conversion Journeys

You can also view conversion journeys for membership signups and new user registrations.

In Your WordPress Admin

To view the Conversion Journey for membership signups:

  • Go to ProfilePress > Orders
  • Click on an order
  • Scroll to the bottom to view the Conversion Journey for this customer

In Admin Notification Emails

Conversion Journeys can be included in admin notification emails for membership signups and new user registrations:

  • Go to ProfilePress > Settings > Emails
  • Click on Account > New User Admin Notification and/or Order > New Order Admin Notification
  • Include the {{conversion_journey}} template tag where you want it in your email
