Popup Builder

Conversion Bridge tracks subscription form submissions from Popup Builder as conversions. When a visitor submits a subscription form inside a Popup Builder popup, a conversion event is sent to all your connected analytics and ad platforms.

Enabling Conversion Tracking for Popup Builder

  1. In your WordPress admin, go to Settings > Conversion Bridge > Integrations.
  2. Find Popup Builder in the list and enable the integration.
  3. Check Track subscribe to enable tracking for subscription form submissions.
  4. Optionally customize the Track subscribe label (default: "Subscribe"). You can use %id% to insert the popup ID and %title% to insert the popup title. Learn more about conversion labels and values.
  5. Click Save Changes to start tracking your conversions.

How It Works

  • When a visitor submits a subscription form inside a Popup Builder popup, Conversion Bridge fires a subscribe conversion event.
  • Tracking applies to all Popup Builder popups with subscription forms. There is no per-popup toggle.
  • The event fires on the client side after a successful form submission, so no page reload is needed.

Tracked Data

Every event includes a conversion label and conversion value.

Subscribe events include:

  • id — The popup ID
  • title — The popup title

Enhanced conversion data

Conversion Bridge automatically captures the subscriber's email address from the subscription form and includes it as enhanced conversion data. No additional setup is needed.

  • _email — The subscriber's email address

Custom Event Labels

The default label is "Subscribe". You can customize it with placeholders:

  • %id% — The popup ID
  • %title% — The popup title

For example, "Subscribed via %title%" would produce "Subscribed via Newsletter Popup".
