Groundhogg

Conversion Bridge tracks form subscriptions in Groundhogg as conversions. When a visitor clicks the submit button on any Groundhogg form, a conversion event is sent to all your connected analytics and ad platforms.

Enabling Conversion Tracking for Groundhogg

Groundhogg does not support per-form conversion tracking settings. Instead, tracking is enabled globally for all Groundhogg forms.

  1. In your WordPress admin, go to Settings > Conversion Bridge > Integrations > Groundhogg.
  2. Check the box next to Subscribe to enable tracking for all Groundhogg form submissions.
  3. Optionally customize the conversion label. The default label is "Subscribe". You can use %id% to insert the form ID and %title% to insert the form name. For example, Subscribe: %title% would produce "Subscribe: Newsletter Signup" for a form with that name. Learn more about conversion labels and values.
  4. Click Save Changes to start tracking your conversions.

How It Works

  • When a visitor clicks the submit button on any Groundhogg form, Conversion Bridge fires a subscribe conversion event.
  • Tracking applies to all Groundhogg forms on your site. There is no per-form toggle — once the integration is enabled, every form is tracked.
  • Each form submission is tracked as it happens on the page, so your analytics and ad platforms receive the conversion in real time.

Tracked Data

Every event includes a conversion label and conversion value.

Subscribe events include:

  • id — The form ID
  • title — The form name

Enhanced conversion data

Conversion Bridge automatically reads the email address from the form's email field and includes it as enhanced conversion data. No additional setup is needed.

  • _email — The subscriber's email address
