Hi, I'm Derek!

Hello, I'm Derek Ashauer from Fort Collins, Colorado. I am the sole developer of Conversion Bridge - my new WordPress product that represents the culmination of my extensive experience in web design, development, and digital marketing.

My journey in this field began in 2000 with the founding of AshWebStudio, a side gig that became my full time business in 2007. I found WordPress as a great solution to help build hundreds of custom designed client websites and have been passionate about it ever since.

In 2013, I expanded my horizons by creating Sunshine Photo Cart, a WordPress e-commerce plugin. This venture was inspired by the specific needs of a client for an affordable solution to sell photos online. Sunshine Photo Cart has grown and evolved from a side project into a comprehensive e-commerce platform, tailored to the unique needs of photographers and continues to serve thousands of photographers world wide.

In 2021, I started WP Sunshine as I began taking specific client needs and building them into WordPress plugins like Confetti and Address Autocomplete.

Now, with Conversion Bridge, I am leveraging all my experiences and insights to solve another problem I was having: to make setting up analytics and conversion tracking incredibly easy. Many site owners, agencies or professional site builders do the bare minimum with a quick cut/paste of the simple tracking tag and stop there. Getting the real information that will be helpful requires a lot more work but many often don't bother because of how time consuming it can be. Conversion Bridge now makes it so incredibly easy to go beyond page views and track the real data needed to understand how a website is performing.

Conversion Bridge aims to be a one-stop solution, no matter which platforms or plugins your site is using, to help WordPress site owners and professionals get website analytics onto their site and track every important metric they need - quickly, without code or headaches.
